Coney Island, NY. Probably, a Carmel, PTC, original paint, repairs to hooves.Provenance: The consignor was an art student at Pratt in 1968 Brooklyn campus, and was asked to paint the horses at the B&B Carousel. There was a prize to win one of the animals, and this was the prize.
